Terms and conditions for Placing an ad on the CAF Job Board
1. The company placing an ad on the Job Board is solely responsible for the content of its job posting or advertisement and will make its best effort to ensure its accuracy, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. CAF has the right at its sole discretion to refuse or remove any job posting or advertisement that it deems inappropriate due to discrimination, bias or other reason.
3. CAF bears no responsibility whatsoever to the company for the bona fides of any job applicant and the hire of any individual is the sole responsibility of the company after it completes its own investigation of the individual concerned.
4. The company by its acknowledging these terms and conditions releases CAF and will hold it harmless from any and all present or future liability and/or damages of any nature whatsoever including lawsuits whether known or unknown, arising from its job postings advertisements, its hires, or from the use of the CAF web site. Said release will extend equally to all officers, directors or employees of CAF.
