Join CAF and the Apparel Innovation Centre for a free one-hour webinar introducing the AIC's thermal comfort testing lab, one of the most advanced in the world. This innovative system uses a combination of hot-plate tests, a “Newton” sweating thermal mannequin and a customized walk-in climate chamber to accurately and consistently evaluate the thermal comfort performance of apparel, in a variety of environmental conditions. The Apparel Innovation Centre is Western Canada’s first open-access apparel research and development facility. They provide businesses with services to test, design and manufacture innovative apparel products for the consumer apparel and industrial protective clothing markets.
