Job Description / Duties

We are busy cut & sew knitted garment manufacturer with products selling across Canada and international such as Australia, Mexico, UK and USA. We are currently looking for a capable person with excellent communication skills to plan, coordinate, manage and monitor all production departments according to schedules and deadlines, ensure efficient and effective operations by optimizing the production capacity and resources. This position will also require to develop equipment maintenance schedules, plan & implement changes to machinery and equipment, and recommend replacement of machines; hire , train and supervise employees in the use of new equipment and production techniques; develop production reporting procedures to ensure effective quality control and monitoring. This position shall report to General Manager.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Candidate should have at least 10++ years of experiences in apparel production with minimum 5 years of supervisory experiences. Post secondary education or higher is required. Proficient in using MS Excel and ERP system.
