Job Description / Duties

If your creative passion has you looking for an opportunity to generate industry-leading solutions and your portfolio showcases your ability to translate design direction into uniquely executed, production ready designs, we want you to apply. Here’s what it’s all about:

• You will be responsible for interpreting design vision/sketches and translating them into production ready patterns following internal pattern making procedures.

• You will create prototypes working with our core tools and processes (such as sewing, seam taping, heat pressing and RF welding).

• You will maintain accurate pattern related files in the FLEX PLM system and Accumark.

• You will generate and maintain product data on new product projects.

• You will document
thought/decision making process and communicate to partners, internal stakeholders, athletes/ambassadors and external partners.

Qualifications / Required Skills

If you can accomplish the above, you've got what it takes. Realistically you will have a degree in Apparel Design or a related area with 3+ years production pattern making experience. You have the ability to develop pattern blocks, manipulate patterns based on design sketches and you are knowledgeable in Gerber Accumark, technical apparel construction.
