Job Description / Duties

FlexPlm Deployment background and process knowledge of retail, footwear and apparel experience.
Client projects involving implementing PLM software in their organization.
•You would need to understand the business drivers and the identify areas which would benefit most from the implementation including ROI
•You will be required to identify and document current processes, analyze them and suggest a future state and have a buy in from the end user community
•Conduct Workshops to gather user requirements and functionalities and generate the functional specification document
•Work with the Solution Architect /Offshore Project Manager to define and drive validation strategies. Example: user acceptance testing and post-implementation validation.
•You should be able to identify gaps in the solution and design solutions to bridge these gaps.
•You will help the customer organization in change management by suggesting change management strategies and suggesting models for the same. You will also provide role based ‘ change documents’ to help the users in adoption.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Should have worked in the Industry for number of 10 years.
•Should have played the role of a functional consultant in a FlexPLM implementation
• Experience in being part of IT Projects in an enterprise environment preferably in PLM implementations.

• Expert in design process in Engineering including the dependency of suppliers, vendors, manufacturing, post sale service.
• Functional knowledge of FlexPLM is an added plus.
