Job Description / Duties

This 'Customer Service Manager/Account Manager' role requires an interesting combination of skills as outlined below.

Strong ability to lead a team, and to mentor/coach a young and vibrant customer service group!
Able to manage major retail accounts
Self motivated and confident
Manage product development and technical product complexities
Handle pressure of a very busy marketing/sales office
Work with our Asia offices on pricing and production matters
Willing to handles key accounts independently
Sales knowledge is an asset
Worked in garment industry is an added benefit
Perfectly fluent in English (written/verbal), and Mandarin or Cantonese is a bonus
Minimum 5 years working experience
Undergraduate degree or similar work experience is a must.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Must have undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
Perfectly fluent in English (written/verbal), and Mandarin or Cantonese is a bonus.
Minimum 5 years work experience, preferably in textile industry.
Excellent computer skills.
Must be a highly-motivated self-starter.
