The National Apparel Bureau (NAB) has organized a creditors’ group to represent the interests of the creditors of The Bargain Shop (TBS).

THE BARGAIN SHOP (TBS) CREDITORS GROUP FOR CREDITORS AND NON- CREDITORS OF TBS

The National Apparel Bureau (NAB) has organized a creditors’ group to represent the interests of the creditors of The Bargain Shop (TBS).

The Bargain Shop filed for protection under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) on February 26, 2013.

The Group plans to involve itself in any proposal that TBS makes to its creditors and also to help negotiate terms of payment for post filing shipments.

Even if you are not a creditor of TBS, you may want to ship TBS goods going forward, and may want to be aware of the terms that are established for ongoing, post filing shipments.

The best way to do this is to join the Creditors Group.

If you require more information contact David Schachter at 514 483-6223 x 239 or at david@acacollect.com.

To join the TBS Creditors Group please reply to david@acacollect.com and state that you wish to join the group.

There is absolutely NO COST to join this creditors group.
