Job Description / Duties

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Revenue Manager. This role is not required to be an "in-office" position and we are open to bi-lingual candidates living anywhere in Canada.
This individual will be a self-motivated, target-oriented, brand representative experienced in exceeding revenue and customer profitability goals. This individual will be responsible for growing sales and managing e-commerce accounts, particularly Amazon and Mechanix.com, while interfacing with e-commerce representatives of our traditional distributors. This individual will contribute to the company’s success by utilizing their industry knowledge of up-to-date marketing and advertising tools and strategies to grow revenue and market share. The successful candidate will have a proven record of developing, executing, and administrating strategic and tactical initiatives for e-commerce resellers.
Key Responsibilities, specific duties include but are not limited to:
• Develop, implement, and execute growth focused sales plans and programs
• Manage numerous e-commerce account relationships, particularly Amazon Canada, to ensure successful fulfillment of KPIs
• Create weekly summary reports based on your analysis of site metrics, customer feedback and other related data to recommend actions for improved conversion rates and revenue growth
• Conduct in-depth research (competitive shopping) and provide recommendations for improvement and continued growth
• Monitor and manage orders, inventory, and site performance to ensure outstanding service
• Review chargeback, discount and rebate requests and lead communications to settle disputes and discrepancies
• Negotiate trading terms with potential new e-commerce customers
• On-board new e-commerce customers by interfacing with various internal departments
• Develop and present quarterly business reviews with each customer detailing actuals vs plan, updated forecasts, and associated marketing plans

Qualifications / Required Skills

Knowledge and Skills:
• Robust knowledge of proven, successful e-commerce sales and marketing techniques which result in exceeding targets
• Excellent verbal and written, persuasive communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• High level of work commitment and attention to detail
• Ability to work well independently and as a part of team
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills, as well as time management skills
• A people person, with a friendly, positive, and can-do attitude

Requirements:
• Must be well versed in Amazon specific requirements such as:
• Content and search features
• Advertising and promotions – AMG, AAP, and Console
• 1P service requirements
• Must have the ability to complete assignments within specified time frames
• Must be able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be flexible with work schedules and be available to work evenings as well as weekends with advance notice
• Must be able to interact effectively and cooperatively with employees at all levels of the organization

Additional Information

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years in e-commerce sales management with excellent acumen in digital marketing
• 3 years of experience working with Amazon
• Bi-lingual, English/French is preferred
• University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Outstanding data analytical skills
• Highly organized and able to set effective, personal schedule to accomplish objectives

Salary: 80,000 - 90,000 with bonus potential
