Job Description / Duties

Are you skilled at…?
• Creating and visualizing a design, ensuring the final product meets the brand’s aesthetic and quality criteria
• Designing and developing brand specific styles and collaborative projects that support season brand objectives
• Keeping up with emerging fashion trends as well as trends as they relate to fabrics
• Managing and maintaining design and development board
• Coordinating the sample fabrics for the season; lab dips, strike offs, knit downs
• Assisting in the creation of tech packs including fabric and trim development
• Liaising and working with our internal Pattern and Product Development Team to ensure the design packages are accurate and complete
• Contributing to the development of seasonal marketing assets and seasonal photo shoots
• Preparing presentation material for the line previews and season sales exhibitions

Qualifications / Required Skills

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design and/or equivalent experience (3+ years); strong computer proficiency (MS Office; Word, Excel); design software experience and skill (Illustrator, Photoshop)’ skilled communicator, both written and verbal; strong organizational skills; ability to multitask and problem solve; a team player who enjoys a collaborative work environment; eager to learn. High level of interest in health and wellness and involvement in fitness or sport.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
