The textile and apparel manufacturing sectors are innovative and create new products, materials and processes that advance their technological or scientific know-how. Support from the SR&ED program has historically been sporadic in the textile and apparel sector with challenges for business owners to identify eligible SRED projects and to meet the criteria of the program.
Changes to the program made in 2021 broadened the scope of projects eligible for SR&ED - even though the core elements of the program remain unchanged. This webinar will explain the basic parameters of the program, and how recent changes have enabled some textile and apparel companies to once again access the SR&ED program.
The webinar will allow you to:
• Understand innovation in the textile and apparel sectors • Find out who is eligible for the SR&ED program • Find what expenses and projects are eligible for SR&ED funding • Find out what companies can do to improve their SR&ED tracking • Understand the SR&ED application process and how Ayming can help
